Built with a reliable steel frame and a quality Bushranger 196cc engine, the Chipper Chopper delivers precision and power every time. No pre-cutting is necessary with its easy-to-feed design and wide hopper mouth. Plus, this unit’s lower chipping pipe gives it the ability to chip branches up to 65mm. The Chipper Chopper is designed to allow full access to the inside of the machine when hinging open the chamber and securing it with a safety latch. Therefore, minimal effort is required to change blades for sharpening. This unit is built to make life easier for you, with built-in handles and strong wheels, allowing you to easily move around your lawn.
How Bushranger created the Chipper Chopper
Creating the brand new Chipper Chopper right here in Australia took a lot of work on behalf of the Bushranger team. The first step of our production process is welding, where we join the metals by using high heat to melt the parts together, allowing them to cool and fuse. They then checked the chemical balance of the base coat and spray a powder coat on the frame to give the units that classic Bushranger blue colour before setting them in the oven. 
Next is the unit assembly, where they follow a step-by-step process to assemble each component, ensuring that every element is made correctly and safely. This is followed by the sticker placement, where the Bushranger sticker and the Australian-Made logo are placed smoothly at the centre of the machine. They then move on to packaging and delivery before getting the Chipper Choppers in-store for you to get your hands on!

It’s a badge of honour that they’ve worked hard to earn for this unit, and they are delighted to share it with our customers. Firstly, the 'Australian-Made' claim is about the production process rather than the source of a product’s individual components as this is not relevant to this type of claim.
